After achieving the world record for the Highest Handstand On A Self Built Tower in Rome I am so excited to put together some inside tips on how to get inverted before you expected it. From beginner to expert I put together a hand-standing plan to keep it fun as well as develop daily gains with modified versions for shoulder injuries. If you apply these daily and have a dedicated mindset with your end goal in mind you will gain in all areas of hand-standing. Contraction before the action and do not forget to use your forearms and fingers to grip the ground. Remember it takes time for you body to adjust so just keep going strong.
